Starquest in Chatham opens the door to the world of entertainment
Whether you dream of playing a starring role on the London stage, need a lavishly costumed cabaret act for your cruise liner, or want professionals to promote your products and services at shows and events, Starquest has the answer.
Starquest was founded by Jackie Lynn as the Jackie Lynn Dance Studio in 1960 and expanded to become a successful and well-known performing arts centre.
Starquest Performing Arts trains future entertainers, from tiny tots to mature students.
Course director Craig Bartley originally trained at the Jackie Lynn Dance Studios and the Ballet Rambert Academy in London and has performed in many theatre, film and television productions.
He devised, directed and peformed in musical reviews throughout Europe and the US.
Starquest Entertainments will provide highly talented performers and Starquest Events & Promotions offers the services of dedicated people ready to be briefed on the best way to promote your product and company.
Trophies and medals galore

Performing arts pupils are celebrating success at a recent dance and drama festival.
The students from, from the Jackie Lynn Dance Studios and Starquest Performing Arts in Chatham, won more than 30 medals between them at the Thanet Dance and Drama festival.
Twenty pupils were entered into the competition and demonstrated different styles of dance and singing.
The successful students won 19 gold, six silver and 12 bronze medals between them, and at the end of the championships walked away with nine trophies.
School principal, Jackie Lynn said: “I am thrilled with what the pupils have achieved and know that they will all go onto performing as a further career.”
The performing arts school has had many pupils go on to work in the West End and around the world, who often return to the academy to hold workshops.

All the world’s a stage quite literally for past pupils from Starquest Performing Arts who are on a mission to entertain.
Philippe Reynolds is appearing in We Will Rock You in Germany, Hayley Eldridge is on a global tour with Cirque Soleil while Lisa Gorgin steps out in a touring production of Footloose.
Now another batch of students at Sheppey Little Theatre in Sheerness have gained fantastic results in a recent examination session, with 96 different entries having 75 per cent gaining honours.
The pupils were tested on their dance, singing and drama and all gained results from the International examination board.

Starquest holds many shows and exams all year round and have many ex-pupils in show business already.
Classes are held at Sheppey Little Theatre in Sheerness, so if you have a child between the age of two years and 18 years, come along.

Amazing to be part of the show in November 2011 which raised over £8,000 for the ‘Brain Tumour UK’ charity. On top of that, Micheal Buble gave £5,000, Jesse J gave £1,000 and Take that gave £3,000
