An upbeat, vibrant, latin inspired class that is loads of fun while helping to sculpt and condition the body for a new you for 2012!

More exciting and rewarding than some of the recent hyped fads around.

Wednesday

2.30 - 3.30: Move It or Lose It

This class caters for the less physically able and the more mature adult to stretch, tone and keep fit.

Our adult class age range is from 16 years and upwards.

Private lessons in specialist subjects are available on request from the Starquest office.

One-to-one singing courses are also available.
